Continuing the journey, the next destination is 2) Gulmarg, a mesmerizing hill station renowned for its pristine landscapes and thrilling activities. Families can indulge in the joy of the Gulmarg Gondola, one of the highest cable cars in the world, offering panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks. Early in the morning, we drive to famous Mughal Garden, Nishat Garden known as ‘Garden of pleasure’ built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Then visit to Shalimar Garden known as ‘Garden of love’ built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal King Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jahan or (Mehr-un-Nissa.
After that visit to Chashmashahi.The ChashmaShahi Mughal gardens in Srinagar have been loved by emperors and picnickers alike, and have now been restored to their past glory - despite violent political unrest in the region.
Night Stay: Srinagar Hotel
Early in the morning, we drive to Sonamarg (2740 mts) also known as ‘The Meadow of Gold’ or “The Gateway of Ladakh’ Sonamarg is 84 Kms from Srinagar and is surrounded by colorful mountains and thick Pine forests. Thajiwas Glacier is 3 kms in the south of Sonamarg. Slopes and meadows are sparkled with the loveliest of alpine flowers, while the rich forests of fir, sycamore and birch at their lush green beauty to the scene. Along with the Pahalgam, Sonamarg is an excellent takeoff point for treks into the mountains and in itself is an ideal camping ground where glaciers pour down from the Himalayas. Sonamarg is also the entry point for the famous Amarnath Cave, a holy site for Hindus via Baltal Valley

Early in the morning, we drive to Gulmarg.Gulmarg (8700 ft i.e. 2652 mts), known as ‘Meadow of flowers.Discovered by the Kashmiri romantic poet in the 16th century who was inspired with its grassy slopes covered with wild flowers.
It is one of the India’s premier Hill resorts. Gulmarg today is not merely a mountain resort ofexceptional beauty – It also turns into India’s premier Ski resort in winter. The Gondola Cable Car offers rides to the upland meadows of Kongdori and beyond to the top of Apharwat range to a height of 14000 ft for viewing the Himalayan Peaks in summer and for downhill skiing in winter.

Day 4: Srinagar to Pahalgam
Early in the morning, we drive to Pahalgam. Enjoy the scenic journey through lush valleys, pine forests, and the beautiful Anantnag district. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. You can explore the picturesque town, visit Betaab Valley, or take a walk along the Lidder River. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Early in the morning, we drive to Doothpatri, a beautiful, lesser-known destination in the Kashmir Valley. The drive takes you through picturesque landscapes and charming villages. Upon arrival, explore the stunning meadows, lush greenery, and snow-capped mountains that surround the area. Spend the day enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Return to Srinagar by evening for an overnight stay.
Early in the morning, we drive to Tangmarg. Enjoy the scenic journey through lush green valleys and pine forests. Explore Tangmarg’s tranquil beauty, vibrant markets, and local crafts. Spend the day soaking in the serene surroundings before returning to Srinagar for an overnight stay or proceeding to your next destination.
After breakfast transfer to Srinagar Airport or onward destination with Baji Wali Tour Travels.
